CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE UM STUDENT ACTIVITY CENTER
Central Civil performed civil site work and underground utility construction for the University of Miami Student Activity Center in Coral Gables. The scope included building pad construction, underground utilities, parking lot paving, roadway improvements, curbing, and walks serving the new student facility.
Work was coordinated with the active University of Miami campus, requiring careful scheduling around academic and campus operations. Utility systems including water, sewer, and storm drainage were installed and connected to the existing campus infrastructure network.
The Student Activity Center is a central hub for student life on the UM campus, and Central Civil's civil work supported the facility's site and utility infrastructure from the ground up.
