Central Civil performed civil and site infrastructure work for Brickell CitiCentre, Swire Properties' landmark mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Miami. The scope included structural excavation, underground utilities, building pad construction, parking infrastructure, roadway work, curbing, and walks.
Brickell CitiCentre is one of the most significant urban mixed-use developments in Miami's history, encompassing retail, office, hotel, and residential uses across a full city block in Brickell's financial district. Central Civil's civil scope was executed in a highly constrained urban environment with continuous coordination with surrounding streets and active Brickell district traffic.
