Richard Baer
Richard joined Central Civil in 1980 and built his expertise from the ground up, developing hands-on skills in many of the trades he now directs. He is the driving force behind Central Civil's adoption of GPS technology and automated grade controls, making the company's fleet one of the most technically advanced in the industry. Richard oversees all field operations, equipment, and fleet management.

Robert "Bob" Baer
Bob brings more than 34 years of construction and management experience to Central Civil. A graduate of Florida International University's construction management program, Bob has been the visionary behind the company's evolution from a regional equipment operation to a best-in-class civil contractor. He has overseen more than $1 billion in construction and leads business development, client relations, and strategic growth.

James Baer
Jim Baer founded Central Civil in 1977 with two employees, two pieces of equipment, and an office in his home. Under his vision and leadership, the company grew to revenues in excess of $100 million. His drive to use technology, and his commitment to taking care of his people, built the foundation of a company primed for generations to come.
