Central Civil performed site development and civil infrastructure work for a Publix Super Markets location on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. The scope included building pad construction, underground utilities, parking lot paving, roadway construction, curbing, walks, and site signage.

Biscayne Boulevard is one of Miami's primary urban commercial corridors, requiring careful coordination with active vehicular and pedestrian traffic during construction. Utility systems including water, sewer, and storm drainage were installed to city standards throughout the project site.
