Sheltair Aviation Facility

Central Civil performed civil site work and infrastructure construction for the Sheltair Aviation facility. The scope included building pad construction, site grading, underground utilities, paving, and site improvements for the general aviation facility.

Sheltair Aviation operates FBO (Fixed Base Operator) facilities at major South Florida airports including Fort Lauderdale Executive and others across the region. Civil site work was coordinated with active airport operations and Sheltair's facility requirements throughout construction.

The project reflects Central Civil's versatility across aviation facility types — from major commercial airports like MIA and FLL to general aviation FBO facilities serving South Florida's private and charter aviation market.
