Project Overview
WATERFRONT CIVIL AT PORTMIAMI
Central Civil served as prime contractor on the $6.8 million Area 3 Seaboard Terminal Bulkhead project at PortMiami. The scope included demolition of existing structures, installation of bulkhead sheeting, dredging and earthwork operations, and complete wharf paving and roadway reconstruction.
Water and drainage utility systems were constructed alongside new mooring structures, with coral relocation and environmental protection measures maintained throughout. The project required coordination with active seaport operations and adherence to strict marine environmental protocols.
The Seaboard Terminal project reflects Central Civil's proven capability across waterfront civil infrastructure, combining complex marine construction with standard site development disciplines.
